Holosun Reflex Optic Sight HE508T-RD X2 (ELITE)

The HE508T-RD X2 is a titanium, open reflex optical sight designed for pistol applications. The X2 Series pistol optics feature two improvements. First is the addition of Lock Mode from our 2018-2019 LE pistol optic models. Lock Mode, when activated, locks the buttons preventing inadvertent setting changes. Second, the buttons have been redesigned to compliment the Lock Mode by placing them lower and out of the way. Additional features include a Titainium housing, Holosun’s Super LED with up to 50k hour battery life, Solar Failsafe, Multi-Reticle System, and Shake Awake.

Solar Failsafe™

Holosun’s Solar Failsafe Technology is an innovative feature pioneered by Holosun in red dot sights.
Solar Failsafe allows the red dot sight to remain powered when your battery fails.
Holosun optics with Solar Failsafe feature automatic brightness adjustment; when you’re under the sun you have a bright reticle, when you move indoors it will automatically dim down to match ambient lighting conditions.

Shake Awake™
Holosun’s Shake Awake Technology shuts the LED off during periods of motionlessness.

The amount of time it takes for the LED to deactivate (enter Sleep Mode) is user programmable. Shake Awake can also be completely deactivated which keeps the optic powered on for up to 100k hours (certain models).

Multiple Reticle System (M.R.S.)
M.R.S. gives the user the flexibility to use their optic as they need it. Units with this feature allow the user to turn on or off certain sections of the reticle giving the ability to have the ideal reticle for the job at hand. If you need a precise shot, you can run the 2MOA dot only. You need a reticle for fast target acquisition, just turn on an additional 65MOA ring with the push of a button! The best part....no need to rezero your optic when switching between reticle options!

Super LED
Holosun has been a leader in laser and LED technology for many years. Holosun Super LEDs provide a versatile range of intensity for the brightest environments down to no-light situations.
High luminous efficiency, the human eye is more sensitive and comfortable to gold and green(high visual function).
Not only does the Super Green LED give the user an option for those who have difficulty seeing in the red color spectrum, but it also gives greater power efficiency when using the optic in high brightness settings...

Multilayer Coatings

Holosun red dot sights and magnifiers are manufactured using optical glass with multilayer coatings applied to facilitate maximum light transmission and wear resistance while reducing glare.

Titanium

Holosun’s use of Grade 5 Titanium in certain Elite Series red dot sights produces unparalleled strength and durability. Holosun Grade 5 Titanium has more than double the tensile strength and as high as five-times the fatigue strength of 7075 Aluminum. Grade 5 Titanium is also able to withstand seawater.
