Mr. Nicoletti is the principal consultant with vast expertise in physical security, firearms, training, and training. He has held senior management positions with the world's largest security services provider and Global leader in security.

Prior to joining this firm, Mr. Nicoletti was the senior consultant and investigator with Special Response Corporation, specializing in Physical Security, Risk Management practices and security training. During this time, he was involved as the Chief Security Consultant to Fortune 500 corporations as well, being in charge of Executive/ Close Protection services having been agent in charge, protecting various high-profile clients including high ranking labour officials, VIPs; Most recently he has been the Lead Protection Specialist in charge for Cory Perry, Drew Doughty, Liza Minelli, Bono, Ray Liotta, Guy Ritchie & Madonna.

Mr. Nicoletti is also an instructor at the University of Toronto Continuing Education program for Management, Personal Coach & Motivational Speaker. He has continually been rated a 5-Star instructor. Mr. Nicoletti holds the coveted Certified Protection Professional designation “CPP” from the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), and has achieved the Certified Sale Professional “CSP” designation with distinction (the top 2% of graduates) from the Canadian Professional Sales Association.
